Email consultation is $25 and telephone consultation is $50 unless another price is disclosed before confirmation.
Additional work
No additional service begins until scope and price are explained. Other work is quoted based on time, complexity, agency and documents.
Client information
Clients must provide complete and accurate information and review documents before authorizing filing.
Authorizations
PowerTAX contacts agencies or third parties only with the authorization required for the matter.
No guaranteed outcome
PowerTAX does not guarantee refunds, penalty reductions, ITIN, credit, licenses, permits, insurance or agency decisions.
Professional limits
PowerTAX is not a law firm, insurance company or carrier. Matters outside our authorized scope may require another licensed professional.

Website content is general educational information and does not create a professional relationship until PowerTAX accepts the engagement.
Payments and cancellations
Fees, government or third-party charges and cancellation terms are explained before work begins. Payments are for authorized time and work, not a guaranteed result. Completed work and third-party charges are not refundable except where required by law.
Deadlines and communications
Clients must provide documents on time and disclose known deadlines. PowerTAX is not responsible for agency delays, incomplete information, client nonresponse or events outside its control.
Electronic communications
By contacting us, you authorize case-related responses by email, telephone or message. Do not use ordinary communications for passwords or sensitive documents unless PowerTAX instructs you to do so.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PowerTAX is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, third-party decisions or events outside its control. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by applicable New York law. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
