Email Consultation Terms — $25
Before paying, know exactly what you receive and what work requires an additional service.

The consultation includes an initial review of the situation described by the client and a written PowerTAX response with general options, steps the client may take independently and, when available, relevant phone numbers, emails, official pages or forms. We may also explain what additional service PowerTAX could provide and its approximate price.
What is not included
The consultation does not include calls on the client's behalf, filing claims, preparing forms, negotiating debts, contacting agencies, representation, case follow-up or a guaranteed outcome. Those services require separate authorization and pricing.
Delivery and payment
The $25 fee covers the time used to research, prepare and deliver the written evaluation. It does not depend on whether the client likes the response or whether an agency later approves a request. The consultation is delivered when PowerTAX sends the response to the email provided or makes the document available for download.
Scope of the response
A difference of opinion, the absence of a favorable solution or the client's choice not to follow the suggested steps does not mean the service was not delivered. PowerTAX provides initial guidance based on the general information shared by the client.
Refunds
After the consultation is delivered, the fee is non-refundable except for a duplicate charge, non-delivery, a verified billing error or when applicable law requires a refund. If the client cannot find the email or open the document, the client should contact PowerTAX for another delivery.
Additional work
If the client wants PowerTAX to make calls, write to agencies, prepare forms, file claims or follow up, that work is a separate service. PowerTAX will explain the scope and price before starting.
Categories with special rules
PowerTAX may exclude certain categories from this payment method when a law, professional rule or payment processor requires a different process.
Your rights
These terms document the scope and delivery of the consultation. They do not limit any right that cannot legally be waived.
